Booking Policy

Below are key terms governing reservations made through PhantomXpress.com, our mobile sites and apps. Travel suppliers may impose additional booking terms.

Account Holder Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings. Account holders are financially responsible for all transactions, including bookings made on behalf of additional guests. You agree to provide accurate contact, traveller and payment details.

Making Reservations

Our online search displays live rates and availability across travel suppliers. Prices shown are per person based on occupancy and dates entered. All group bookings will show a total price.

Flight fares, hotel rates, and pricing for cars, tours, cruises and activities are subject to change until purchased. Promotions are subject to terms and availability. We act as the intermediary agent when securing reservations.

Taxes and Service Fees

Published rates shown in search results and at checkout are inclusive of taxes, property fees and other compulsory charges imposed by suppliers and authorities. We charge a small service fee on top to cover costs and provide customer support.

Checkout and Payment

At checkout, carefully review trip details before submitting payment by credit card or other methods offered. You authorize all charges by completing the booking process.

Flights must be paid in full immediately. Hotels require deposit with balance due before arrival. Vacation rentals require full prepayment. Packages require 25% deposit then full payment 60 days out.

Confirmations and Travel Documents

Booking confirmations containing itinerary details, e-tickets, supplier vouchers are issued after payment. Flight e-tickets are released once issued by the airline, which can take up to 24 hours. Review carefully to ensure all details are accurate.

Cancellations and Refunds

Supplier policies dictate if and when you can cancel or change components of a booking, and any eligibility for partial or full refunds. Phantom Xpress has no authority to make exceptions. See our cancellation policy for more details.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your vacation investment. Plans provide coverage for many last-minute trip interruptions and delays beyond your control. Optional insurance is presented at checkout.

Problem Resolution

Call our support team immediately if any issues arise pre-trip or during travel. We’ll make every reasonable effort to assist as needed based on the circumstances reported and typical resolution timeframes.

Modifications

Phantom Xpress reserves the right to modify booking terms at any time in order to comply with regulatory changes or improve procedures. Updated policies will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services post-changes constitutes acceptance.
