Cancellation Policy

Review Phantom Xpress cancellation and change policies for various travel products below. Supplier policies take precedence.

Flights: Flight cancellation penalties and non-refundable fares are determined by the airline. Tickets are cancellable directly with the airline, subject to their change fees and rules. No cancellations can be made within 24 hours of departure.

Hotels: Nightly rates are refundable excluding any prepaid non-refundable charges if cancelled by the property’s cancellation deadline, usually 24-48 hours prior to arrival. Late cancellations or no shows are subject to one night room and tax penalty at a minimum.

Vacation Rentals: Full rental prepayments on alternative accommodations are non-refundable after payment due to instant inventory loss. We strongly advise trip insurance.

Cars: No refunds for unused days but cancellations within grace period (usually 48 hours) receive full refunds. Beyond that, standard penalty fees apply.

Activities & Tours: Refund eligibility for prepaid tickets depends on respective vendor policies. Phantom Xpress facilitates bookings but does not control provider cancellation terms.

Package Trips: Custom package cancellation incurs $300 processing fee. Air penalties apply once booked. For cancellations beyond 60 days of departure, land arrangements and unused components are fully refundable. Within 60 days, standard supplier penalties apply.

Making Changes

Name changes: Not permitted for flights or non-transferrable rates. Hotels and cars allow changes for a fee.

Date changes: Permitted for flights if within airline policy and subject to fare differences and change fee. Hotel date changes vary by property and rate.

Partial trip cancellation: Permitted if done outside airline restrictions. Refunds given only for refundable unused components.

Post-Booking Updates

You can request changes or cancellations via your online account or by contacting our support team. However, supplier policies dictate eligibility. Carefully review all cancellation terms during booking.

Policy Updates

Phantom Xpress reserves the right to modify cancellation rules to account for partner policy changes, regulatory revisions or improvements in our procedures. The most updated cancellation terms will always be highlighted on our website and booking confirmations.
