You may search availability and rates and complete bookings for flights, hotels, vacation rentals, cars, cruises, tours, activities and other travel products via our website, mobile app, over the phone or by email.
All rates displayed are subject to change until purchased. Hotels, airlines and other travel suppliers may accept or reject any booking at their discretion. We act as the intermediary agent in securing all reservations.
Age and Identity Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID to make bookings. Certain travel products may have minimum age requirements for check-in and participation. These will be clearly specified.
You are responsible for ensuring all guest information provided, including name, age and identity details, is accurate. Airlines and many suppliers require exact name matches against government-issued IDs used for travel.
Payment Policies
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Other secure payment methods may be available. You authorize charges upon us securing your reservations.
Flights must be paid in full at time of booking. Hotels require advance deposit with remaining balance due before arrival, as stipulated. Vacation rentals require full rental fees paid upfront.
For customized travel packages, a 25% deposit is due initially with final payment for all reserved products due 60 days prior to departure. Your travel documents will only be released once full payment is completed.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation policies, change fees and refund eligibility for all travel products are set by the individual airline, hotel, tour operator or other supplier. We have no authority to make exceptions to supplier policies.
Check cancellation policies carefully before booking. Some rates are non-refundable. Change fees generally apply to flight, hotel and car reservations if not cancelled by the supplier's established deadlines.
You may cancel or change most reservations through your online account, mobile app or by contacting our support team. Refund processing time varies.
Booking on Behalf of Others
If you make bookings on behalf of additional travelers, it is your responsibility to ensure those guests consent to these terms and conditions. You are financially accountable for all transactions made on their behalf.
Trip Protection Services
For your convenience, we offer optional trip protection services on vacation packages through trusted partners. These include:
Travel Insurance - Comprehensive plans safeguarding against trip interruptions, transportation delays, medical emergencies, baggage issues and other contingencies. Specific coverage details, limitations and exclusions apply per plan.
Rental Car Protection - Collision damage waiver and liability insurance options for rental cars booked through us. Coverage details vary based on provider's terms.
You will be presented with available protection options suited to your itinerary and given the opportunity to enroll during the checkout process. We advise reading full plan details carefully prior to purchase.
Rewards Program
As a valued customer, you can enroll in our rewards program to earn points on qualified bookings made directly through us.
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible hotels, flights, rental cars and activities. Points can be redeemed for statement credits to use towards future bookings or other rewards.

The Phantom Xpress website and mobile apps may be used strictly for legitimate individual travel planning and purchasing purposes. Commercial use is prohibited without express authorization.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials including images, logos, reviews and trademarks appearing on our website, mobile apps and communications are the exclusive property of Phantom Xpress and our partners.
User Account Responsibilities
If you register for an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur in relation to your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
